This case conference follows a video rounds format, commonly used in movement disorders, where videos of unusual movement disorders or unusual presentations of common movement disorders are presented and the phenomenology narrated. The case is then discussed. The goal of the presentation is to adequately identify the phenomenology, discuss the differential diagnosis and most appropriate management.

The monthly morbidity and mortality (M&M) conference provides a forum for discussing patient safety and health care quality and improvement topics relevant to the department of Neurology. Each session includes both a review of neurology-specific quantitative patient safety outcomes and health system processes in addition to an illustrative case-based presentation.
