  • Required/Important fields to review/update: Name, Degree, Profession, Credentials, State License(s), Mobile, Email, Specialty, MOC Submission (if applicable)
  • Click Submit

How to Claim Credit via Text

If this is the first time you are texting your attendance, you must first pair your mobile number to your account after you have created your profile at https://upenn.cloud-cme.com.  Text your CloudCME email address to (215) 398-6728 to opt-in to the text message attendance program.  It is very important that you know which email address is linked to your PENNKEY or Penn CME account and profile. You will receive a text notification indicating your phone number has been updated. 

Once your account is paired to your mobile number and you have obtained the event ID or code, send the ID or code via text to: (215) 398-6728.  
Please note, attendance can only be recorded 15 mins. prior to the activity start time, during the activity and up to 24 hours after the activity closes.

Transcripts
How to access your Transcript
  • Visit https://upenn.cloud-cme.com/default.aspx. 
  • Click Sign-in
  • Once signed-in click on the red My CE/CME button and select Transcript
  • Adjust the dates to access the credits you require.
  • You can download and/or print your transcript
    • Please note that you can also upload external certificates to your transcript by using the Upload Documents button in the upper right-hand corner.  Uploaded certificates will appear at the end of your transcript

How to print your certificates
  • Visit https://upenn.cloud-cme.com/default.aspx. 
  • Click Sign-in
  • Once signed-in click on the red My CE/CME button and select Evaluations and Certificates
  • You can download and/or print your Certificate(s)
    •  Please note that certificates are not available for credits earned at Regularly Schedules Series (RSS).  This includes Grands Rounds, Case Conferences, Tumor Boards, etc.  Credits will appear on your Transcript only.
    • If the certificate is older than 3 months, please expand the date range.

How to Clear your Cache
In most computer-based web browsers, you can open menus used to clear cache, cookies, and history, by pressing Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (Mac).

Missing Credits
Don’t see all your course/credits listed under your profile? Is your email address incorrect in your profile and you are unable to update it? Please send us an email at [email protected]. In the email, please note all previous emails used to register or claim credit in the past. 

ABIM MOC, ABS and Pharmacy Credits
Reporting of ABIM MOC credits, ABS and Pharmacy credits to the ACPE does not happen instantly.
  • ABIM MOC credits and ABS may take several months to report pending the completion of all required documents (Posttest and/or evaluation)
  • Pharmacy credits are reported between 30-60 days from the completion of the activity


Knowledge Link (KL) Credits
Completion data is reported to the Office of CMIE on a weekly basis.  Once received, your credits will be issued.  Please allow one week after your KL completion to be verified to the Penn CMIE office. If you do not see the credit on your transcript after that timeframe, please email us at [email protected]. Please note that not all Knowledge Link courses offer continuing medical education credit.

Active-Retired Status
