    Course Overview
    The Pathology Interesting Case Conference is a series of case-based presentations prepared by faculty, fellows and residents using recently finalized cases. These cases are picked from the clinical practice at HUP to highlight not only unusual, challenging and difficult cases but also common cases with unusual presentation or quality assurance issues. The presentations are prepared to illustrate and highlight the latest tools available to Pathologists for the work up of challenging cases so as to arrive at the correct diagnosis. Molecular pathways are discussed in details wherever possible along with discussion of molecular targets for diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.

    1. Demonstrate familiarity with new and emerging entities through research and case presentations.
    2. Discuss and implement solutions to decrease pitfalls, educate on Keenly identifying rare entities
    3. Successfully integrate the discussed diagnoses and techniques into daily practice
