Conference aims to provide educational content related to Care Cardiac & ECHO QI events. Major themes include performance improvement science, feedback about and implementation of best practices. We will review current departmental data and leverage the conference to amplify learning systems on transformation to a high reliability organization.

1. Review Cardiac & ECHO QI methodology and terminology in accordance with Penn Medicine's PI program
2. Discuss how to apply Cardiac & ECHO QI knowledge for basic quality improvement projects
3. Describe how to critically evaluate Cardiac & ECHO quality improvement literature
4. Discuss Cardiac & ECHO and post anesthesia to improve patient outcomes

In support of improving patient care, Penn Medicine is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
