The assessment of Non-Invasive Cardiology testing for adult cardiac disease utilizing appropriate methods of quantification of heart function, applying appropriate principles and hemodynamics for the assessment of valvular heart disease, with the goal to enhance and update physicians, cardiac sonographers and allied health professionals' knowledge and clinical skills. Provide the opportunity for dialog and debate with the non-invasive cardiology team and experts on topics related to cardiovascular disease. Perform an analysis of quality indicators for performance and interpretations of the non-invasive testing performed.

Objectives

After completing this activity, participants should be able to:

  3. Review current guidelines, examining their implications for clinical practice, the evidence that supports them, and the potential impact on patient outcomes.
  4. Discuss the latest technological advancements, exploring their applications, benefits, and possible results for enhancing diagnostic accuracy and improving patient care.
