Course Overview
The Access Conference is designed to foster multidisciplinary and inter-specialty communication to create an environment in which the best quality care can be provided for our ESRD patients. The core of the activity is a QA database of all hemodialysis access interventions.

Specialties - INTERNAL MEDICINE - Nephrology, INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY AND DIAGNOSTIC RADIOLOGY, SURGERY

Learning Objectives
  1. Describe new technologies such as drug coated balloons and stent grafts and the evidence supporting their use in hemodialysis access
  2. Describe an evidence-based management strategy for aneurysmal fistulas from an interdisciplinary perspective
  3. Describe various evidence-based strategies for managing arm swelling related to hemodialysis access from an interdisciplinary perspective
