The Interprofessional Grand Rounds Series at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center is a one-hour series designed to advance collaborative clinical practice across disciplines. Each session features targeted presentations and expert-led discussion focused on current, evidence-based approaches to complex patient care. Through shared learning, participants will acquire knowledge applicable to clinical practice, enhance their understanding of the roles and contributions of interprofessional team members, and strengthen collaboration to improve patient outcomes and system performance. This accredited series offers continuing education credit for eligible participants and supports PPMC’s commitment to excellence in interprofessional education, quality, and patient-centered care.

Objectives

After completing this activity, participants should be able to:


  1. Discuss current evidence-based practices to support improved clinical decision-making
  2. Review a wide range of topics to deepen the learners' knowledge base
  3. Discuss how to support the collaboration of the interprofessional team across the continuum of patient care
