During QAPI meetings, we will review quality metrics, patient safety issues, and performance improvement projects within the Penn Transplant Institute and identify targets for quality improvement and patient outcomes.

1. Review quality metrics and identify improvement targets
2. Review current process improvement projects within the Penn Transplant Institute
3. Review the kidney and pancreas programs' SRTR public outcomes along with MPSC metrics

In support of improving patient care, Penn Medicine is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
