Course Overview
To help provide an environment where patient care is the main priority and residents, fellows, and other members of the interprofessional healthcare team are able to provide quality patient care. Quality patient care will be assured through review of peer-reviewed literature, multidisciplinary cooperation, and following of established clinical practice guidelines.

Objectives

After completing this activity, participants should be able to:


  1. Discuss key radiographic features in skull base tumor patients
  2. Describe the correct TNM stage and overall stage for cancer database for each patient presented.
  3. Review management alternatives involving the multidisciplinary team.
  4. Discuss potential complications
  5. Identify patients who require additional consultations.
  6. Discuss end-of-life care based on consensus with multidisciplinary team discussion.
