This 6-module, evidence-based coaching program supports physicians and academic medicine faculty in strengthening leadership, resilience, and communication under pressure. Through structured, self-paced content and reflective exercises, participants will learn to reduce burnout, navigate team dynamics, and foster a healthier, more sustainable culture. Designed for real-world application, this program equips medical professionals with the tools they need to lead with clarity and confidence.

Objectives

After completing this activity, participants should be able to:


  1. Develop personal resilience practices that are sustainable and adaptable.
  2. Apply evidence-based strategies to manage occupational stress
  3. Demonstrate effective communication techniques for team-based care.
  4. Use structured reflection tools to support self-awareness and resilience.
  5. Navigate challenging conversations with greater clarity and confidence.
  6. Establish boundaries to protect time and well-being.
  7. Engage in value-based decision-making under stress.
  8. Build psychological safety within interprofessional teams.
  9. Develop leadership resilience practices that are sustainable and adaptable.
  10. Advocate for systemic changes that support clinician well-being.
  11. Model leadership behaviors that promote trust and collaboration.
  12. Apply evidence-based tools to repair strained professional relationships.
  13. Integrate micro-practices into daily routines to reduce reactivity.
  14. Identify organizational resources that support professional fulfillment.
  15. Facilitate peer support through reflective dialogue and active listening.


Registration is $495 and includes access to a comprehensive introductory module plus six asynchronous curriculum modules focused on resilient leadership in academic medicine. The program is designed specifically for physicians and faculty navigating the demands of clinical care, leadership, and complex academic environments.
