Exhibit space is available during this event at $2,000 per table. Each exhibitor will receive a 6-foot table, two chairs, a tablecloth, and electricity, if required. Each exhibitor is permitted up to two (2) representatives onsite. Companies are required to complete the Exhibitor Form included in the prospectus to finalize registration.

Exhibitors can stay conveniently onsite and take advantage of discounted room rates at the Grand Hyatt, Vail. Payment for exhibiting may be made by check, over the phone, or during the registration process. Following registration, a confirmation email will be sent with a link to book our group block.
