To provide evidence-based interprofessional education about Palliative and End-of-Life care to Penn Medicine hospital-based, outpatient, and home care clinicians who engage in the care of patients with serious illnesses.

1. Describe recent palliative care cases and how findings apply to clinical practice.
2. Discuss interprofessional collaboration in reviewing challenging palliative care cases.
3. Review opportunities to apply new knowledge and skills to clinical practice.

In support of improving patient care, Penn Medicine is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
