In Quality Forum we analyze the quality care chasm using quality and safety methodology to create solutions to narrow the gap between ideal and actual care provided. Our Chief Residents present service statistics, case lists, and specific case analysis to generate discussion and QI proposals. This is an interdisciplinary, team-based activity.
