Course Overview
A gathering of any Penn Medicine staff members to review various media covering topics including (but not exclusively) implicit bias, structural racism, and less known historical events involving persons of color.

Learning Objectives

After completing this activity, participants should be able to:


  1. Discuss and identify implicit biases
  2. Describe and define structural racism
  3. Identify structural racism
  4. Expand the learners' knowledge on events that have shaped the experiences of persons of color in this country
