Course Overview

Learning Objectives

After completing this activity, participants should be able to:


  1. Identify basis concepts and controversies in Hematopathology and allied fields (hematology/oncology, flow cytometry, molecular diagnostics, cytogenetics) and apply recently published data to these cases
  2. Identify inappropriately diagnosed hematologic malignancies and employ emerging diagnostic recommendations to improve standard-of-care
  3. Integrate emerging diagnostic testing modalities in Hematopathology
  4. Employ effective multidisciplinary collaboration to improve patient care
