Objectives

After completing this activity, participants should be able to:


  1. Review and benchmark cardiovascular data to set goals and review quality of care.
  2. Improve coordination and translate new knowledge into practice to improve quality of care for all cardiovascular patients.
  3. Identify and decrease adverse events through ongoing peer review and process improvement in cardiovascular care.
