Evidence in the ED: review of a recent literature in the diagnosis and management of common ED presentations to reduce variability in care of patient Consultant Lecture Series: expert consultants review recent guidelines in the management of emergent care of patients to improve patient outcomes

After completing this activity, participants should be able to:


  1. Describe patient safety and quality improvement concepts.
  2. Describe and implement processes that help reduce variation in care to our patient population.
  3. Describe and utilize resources that may help improve access to care for our patient population.
