Course Overview
This activity is designed to efficiently discuss the most recent clinical advances in breast cancer care. The meeting will address the questions that have emerged from the latest data presented at major international meetings such as ASCO and SABCS. Activity format will provide opportunity for interaction with Penn Medicine faculty and other attendees. Participants will gain up-to-date, practical information with immediate clinical application.

Specialties - DIAGNOSTIC RADIOLOGY, FAMILY MEDICINE, INTERNAL MEDICINE, INTERNAL MEDICINE - Hematology, INTERNAL MEDICINE - Hospice and Palliative Medicine, INTERNAL MEDICINE - Medical Oncology, OBSTETRICS AND GYNECOLOGY - Gynecologic Oncology, PATHOLOGY-ANATOMIC/PATHOLOGY-CLINICAL, SURGERY - Complex General Surgical Oncology

Learning Objectives
  1. • Discuss clinical trial evidence that allows for the personalization of care in the management of early and advanced forms of breast cancer according to breast cancer phenotype
  2. • Assess current and evolving roles for prognostic and predictive biomarkers to stratify risk and inform clinical decision making in the management of breast cancer
  3. • Examine recent clinical trial results concerning the use of novel breast cancer treatment strategies
