Course Overview
The goal of the series is to present and solidify current knowledge in anesthesiology that allows for the resident to develop the ability to think critically and for the faculty member to apply and to refine the ability to think critically.

Learning Objectives
  1. To apply newest QA/QI tools to analyze adverse outcomes.
  2. Implement desired changes in the system-based practice based on the latest medical evidence.
  3. To improve interdisciplinary team work and interactions with all members of the multidisciplinary teams (STEPPS based learning).
