Objectives
Upon completion of this educational activity participants should be able to:

  1. Describe the basic principles of the technology that allows for movement-based sleep estimation
  2. Review the history and application of automated scoring algorithms
  3. Review different types of actigraphic sleep measurement devices
  4. Describe how to read a recording and apply basic principles of scoring and interpretation
