Abramson Cancer Center Grand Rounds 2025-2026 will provide a review of the pathophysiology and etiology of oncologic diseases.

Objective(s): 1 Discuss the history of maximal tolerated dose (MTD) and the paradigm shift from MTD to Optimal Biologic Dose 2 Discuss Dose Optimization for Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors and Targeted Therapies 3 Describe disparities in cancer diagnosis, treatment, and outcomes among incarcerated patients. 3 Describe factors that contribute to delays in cancer diagnosis and treatment. 4 Discuss health equity considerations relevant to the delivery of cancer for incarcerated individuals. 5 Discuss logistical barriers to oncologic care in incarcerated populations.
